A critical pillar of this role is leading the Wholesale Channel with a heavy focus on accelerating the growth of Deli products. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, capable of utilizing deep data analytics to build precise product sales forecasts, optimize inventory turns, and maximize market share for the Deli portfolio across Cambodia.Key Responsibilities by Channel1. Wholesale Channel & Deli Portfolio Management (Core Focus)Deep Data Analytics: Analyze historical sales trends, sell-out data, and regional demand patterns to identify high-performing and slow-moving Deli SKUs.Precise Sales Forecasting: Develop granular, product-focused sales forecasts for Deli stationery to align supply chain procurement with market demand, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.Market Penetration: Manage and expand relationships with provincial wholesalers, traditional dealers, and sub-distributors nationwide.Trade Schemes: Design data-backed wholesale pricing structures, bulk discount schemes, and seasonal trade promotions specifically tailored for Deli products.2. Corporate & B2B ChannelContract Procurement: Direct the B2B team to pitch, negotiate, and secure high-margin stationery supply contracts with schools, banks, MNCs, and government agencies.Enterprise Pipelines: Manage corporate account pipelines and introduce tailored Deli supply packages for enterprise clients.3. Modern Trade (MT) ChannelKey Account Growth: Secure premium shelf space and manage partnerships with major supermarkets and hypermarkets (e.g., Aeon, Makro).Fulfillment Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to MT listing terms, optimized product fill rates, and striking cross-merchandising displays.4. Store (Retail) ChannelRetail Optimization: Implement localized sales events, seasonal campaigns (e.g., Back-to-School), and visual merchandising layouts to boost walk-ins.Inventory Control: Track store-level stock velocity to ensure high-demand Deli items are always well-represented on the retail floor.5. Online ChannelDigital Sales Growth: Oversee commercial performance across e-commerce websites, delivery applications, and social commerce platforms.Data-Driven Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to launch online-exclusive flash sales and bundled Deli kits utilizing digital consumer insights.Team Leadership & StrategyTarget Setting: Establish, track, and evaluate monthly and quarterly KPIs for channel-specific sales teams.Competitor Intelligence: Regularly monitor competitive pricing, new product rollouts, and traditional market shifts to adjust commercial strategies immediately.Sales Incentives: Align team commission structures with company growth objectives, particularly focusing on milestone targets for the Deli product line.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in FMCG, stationery distribution, or high-volume retail.Analytical Capability: Exceptional proficiency in data analytics, advanced Excel, or BI tools for product-level sales forecasting and stock rotation analysis.Omnichannel Expertise: Strong experience managing structural distribution networks, particularly Wholesale and Modern Trade channels.Languages: Fluency in Khmer and English is required (Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage for partner brand coordination).
