Position: Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Location: Onsite Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh CityJob DescriptionSalesforce Platform / Apex Developer with at least 4–5+ years of dedicated experience (including certification as Salesforce Platform Developer I, additional certifications, e.g. for Marketing Cloud are desirable).Customization and development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions: Development / Configuration of tailored solutions to meet business requirements, including Flows, Data Connections.Experience with SOQL/SOSL performance optimization.Deployment experience via: Git feature branching (GitFlow or trunk-based), SFDX, and automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).Experience with middleware and integration patterns: REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven architectures.Troubleshooting and system maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, regular review and optimization of system performance, error handling, API limits, and retry mechanisms.Experience handling high transaction volumes as well as working with complex data models and technical debt.Ability to evolve customizations cleanly rather than introducing workarounds.Understanding of integration patterns for energy processes.Debugging in highly integrated environments.Experience working with VS Code, SFDX, Git, GitHub/GitLab/Azure, monitoring/logging tools, ticketing systems (Jira), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).Best-practice implementation and documentation: Implementing Salesforce best practices and creating/maintaining documentation for developed code and processes.Job QualificationsMust-Have:At least 4–5+ years of dedicated experience as a Salesforce Platform / Apex Developer.Proficient in JavaScript and XHTML coding.Proven experience in Email Marketing.Hands-on experience with 1 or 2 Marketing Automation platforms, including integration experience with Marketing Automation systems.Strong skills in AMPScript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), SQL, etc.Good English communication skills (written and spoken).Nice-to-Have / Optional:Hands-on experience with Node.js.Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification, or additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications).Benefits “FPT care” health insurance is provided by Petrolimex (PJICO) and is exclusive for FPT employees.
