Sales Account Associate - Licensed Apparel

The organization is committed to top-notch quality, creative execution, and strong retailer partnerships, making it a recognized leader in licensed apparel.Core Responsibilities:Sales & Account SupportSupport the sales team with day-to-day account execution and administrative supportEnter, review, and manage orders accurately and on timeTrack orders from commit receipt through shipment and delivery; flag risks proactivelyAssist with sales meeting prep, line reviews, internal recaps, and buyer requested forms/templatesMaintain accurate documentation related to items, orders, and account activityInventory & Order ManagementMonitor inventory levels across DCs, stores, and eCommerce channelsIdentify potential inventory risks, overstocks, or aging inventoryPartner with sales and operations to support forecasting, replenishment, and order flowSupport inventory reconciliations and post-order reviewsReporting & Sales AnalysisBuild and maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboardsSupport ad-hoc analysis requests from sales leadershipItem Creation & eCommerce MaintenanceSupport item setup, item changes, and maintenance within IML and retailers systemsAssist with new item creation, attribute accuracy, and data validationMaintain eCommerce item content, images, and attributes in coordination with internal teamsEnsure item data is clean, accurate, and aligned across systemsSalary: $65,000-$70,000 DOE
