As we continue to grow, we are seeking a confident Sales Coordinator who thrives in an outbound call–heavy environment.Role Description:This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, making proactive outbound calls, and consistently following up to close deals. While inbound inquiries are part of the role, this position is primarily outbound-focused and requires persistence, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.Are you an outgoing person who enjoys talking to people? This could be a great fit for you.This is a full-time hybrid, flexible position that offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in-person while building meaningful connections and driving results.Qualifications:Comfortable making frequent outbound sales callsStrong persuasion, objection-handling, and follow-up skillsClear, confident, and professional phone presenceSales-driven and goal-oriented mindsetHighly organized and able to manage multiple leadsExperience in outbound sales, call centers, or inside sales is a strong asset but not requiredHas access to a personal vehicle for commuting, as there is no public transit to the office locationCompensation:This position's hourly wage ranges between $25–$27 based on experience, approximately $52,000–$56,160 annually for full-time hours.
