Our focus is to add value to businesses, society, and in the lives of our customers.Position OverviewYou will support Sales, Projects, Operations, and Finance teams by managing sales orders, project documentation, invoicing, reporting, and VAT compliance. The role ensures smooth execution of end-to-end sales administration processes within UAE regulatory and commercial standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer AdministrationProcess sales orders from customer LPOs across Decorative and Protective divisionsFollow up on pending LPOs and coordinate with sales teams and customersManage credit notes, invoice reversals, and cash ordersSupport credit control with outstanding follow-ups and collections coordinationProject & Order ManagementCreate and maintain project records in the ERP systemRaise project POs and invoices as per contract termsTrack material consumption and prepare transfer order reportsMaintain contracts, LOIs, tax invoices, and project documentationDocumentation & ReportingPrepare technical submittals and customer documentationMaintain sales records, credit applications, and audit-ready filesPrepare daily flash reports and support finance reporting requirementsMaintain marketing collateral inventorySamples & InventoryManage sampling requests (dry/wet samples) via sampling portalPrepare FOC movement journals and allocate costs accordinglyFinance, Cash & ComplianceEnsure VAT-compliant invoicing and maintain tax recordsSupport VAT return documentation and external auditsCoordinate cash collection and bank deposits with drivers and financeLiaise with finance on reporting and documentation needsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 3 years UAE experience in Sales Administration / Sales CoordinationStrong ERP experience (D365, AX, SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar)Good understanding of UAE VAT and invoicing processesAdvanced Excel and strong documentation skillsExcellent coordination and communication skillsPlease apply with your updated CV.
