Today, we continue to blur the space between performance, aesthetics and culture - creating technical apparel for riders who demand the highest standard of product experience.MAAP is looking for a Lead Sales Administration Coordinator to join our global Sales team.This is a hands-on role with two key areas of responsibility: owning Sales Administration and Coordination across APAC and the Americas, while helping drive consistency, communication and best practice across our global Sales Administration function.Reporting to the VP Sales, you’ll work closely with Sales Administration Coordinators across the UK, US and Australia, supporting a seamless wholesale customer experience across regions.The RoleYou’ll take direct responsibility for Sales Coordination across APAC and the Americas, supporting our Sales teams and wholesale partners across the full customer journey.Your responsibilities will include:Managing wholesale customer administration across APAC and the Americas, including orders, invoicing, credit notes, logistics, inventory, warranties and samplesCoordinating Indent, Pre-Order and B2B activity across wholesale accountsSupporting Sales teams with order management, customer administration and key commercial initiativesKeeping customers informed on launches, availability, delivery timelines and implementation plansBuilding strong, long-term relationships with wholesale partnersActing as an escalation point for complex customer and Sales Administration mattersSharing customer feedback, market insights and opportunities with the VP Sales and wider businessAlongside your regional responsibilities, you’ll help strengthen the way our global Sales Administration team works together by:Providing guidance on processes, systems and best practiceSupporting team members with more complex customer or operational mattersDriving consistent standards of customer service and administration across regionsImproving communication and handover across time zonesIdentifying opportunities to improve workflows, workload distribution and efficiencyMaintaining clear processes, documentation and team resourcesSupporting the onboarding and development of new Sales Administration CoordinatorsAbout YouYou’ll be highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable operating across multiple markets, stakeholders and time zones.We’re looking for someone who brings:Strong experience in sales administration, sales operations, wholesale coordination or a similar commercial support roleExperience supporting wholesale customers and managing end-to-end order administrationExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong customer service and stakeholder management skillsConfidence navigating competing priorities in a fast-moving environmentAn ability to identify process improvements and create greater consistency across teamsStrong systems capability, including CRM and order-management platforms (Netsuite, NuOrder)A collaborative working style and the confidence to provide guidance and support to colleagues across regionsExperience within apparel, retail, wholesale or a global consumer brand environment would be highly regarded.If you’re an experienced Sales Administration or Wholesale Operations professional looking to take on broader global responsibility while remaining close to customers and the commercial detail, we’d love to hear from you.
