Hiring For Dubai Properties Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a part of our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work with all reputed developers as well as boutique developers, offering premium off-plan properties to clients.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Client Management: Identify and engage potential buyers, understand their needs, and provide suitable property options.✅ Sales & Negotiation: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to closing the deal.✅ Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest off-plan projects, developer launches, and investment opportunities in Dubai.✅ Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and real estate events.✅ Site Visits & Presentations: Arrange and conduct property tours, explain payment plans, and highlight investment benefits.✅ Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies.

Requirements
