Business Launch Advisor – DubaiAED 9,000 per monthSELECTED RECRUITMENT is partnering with a leading corporate services and business setup company in Dubai to recruit an experienced Business Launch Advisor.This is a commercially focused role for someone with strong consultative sales experience who can manage inbound enquiries, understand client requirements and convert opportunities into successful company formations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, online channels and face-to-face meetingsConsult clients on company formation, licensing options, business activities and visa requirementsManage the full client journey from initial enquiry through to company incorporation and visa processingQualify opportunities, handle objections and close new businessMaintain consistent follow-up across a high volume of prospective clientsProvide accurate information on packages, pricing, timelines and setup processesMaintain accurate lead and client information within the CRMBuild additional pipelines through networking events, exhibitions and partner relationshipsWork towards monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targetsThe role requires ownership of the client relationship from initial enquiry through to handover, alongside close coordination with internal teams to ensure a high standard of service.Ideal candidates will possess:2–4 years of experience within consultative sales, business setup, corporate services or another high-performance client-facing environmentPrevious experience within UAE company formation, free zones or corporate services would be highly advantageousStrong sales, negotiation and closing skillsExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsExperience managing multiple leads and opportunities simultaneouslyA proactive, target-driven and highly responsive approachExperience using CRM systems, ideally ZohoFluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu would be an advantage
