Sales Agent

Mina Excellence is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Agents to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer needs, promoting products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Process sales transactions and customer orders accurately using company systems.Follow up on customer orders through to successful completion or activation.Maintain accurate customer information and ensure data quality.Comply with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the branch or sales booth.Escalate customer concerns or operational issues to the direct supervisor.Contribute to team objectives and continuously improve the customer experience.Qualifications & Required SkillsHigh school diploma as a minimum; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Fluency in Arabic is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.Customer-focused mindset with a professional appearance and presentation.Basic computer literacy and confidence using smartphones and digital systems.Ability to quickly learn and use sales and customer management systems.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.Flexibility to work rotational morning and evening shifts.Willingness to work at different branches or sales booths across Riyadh, based on business needs.Applications from Saudi Nationals are highly encouraged.Why Join Us?Opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills.Career growth opportunities within Mina Excellence.Join a professional and supportive team.Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
