The organization emphasizes both mental health and physical wellbeing, creating a supportive environment for members and team members alike.Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Riyadh. The Sales Agent is responsible for engaging prospective and existing members, presenting GymNation’s membership options and services, and guiding individuals through the enrollment process. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries in person and via phone or digital channels, conducting facility tours, and explaining membership benefits, promotions, and pricing. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with the team to meet and exceed membership and revenue targets. Sales Agents are expected to represent GymNation’s values, support member retention initiatives, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy club environment.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and professional written correspondence.Customer Service and Training skills to support members, handle concerns, and educate clients on gym services and policies.Sales skills with a track record of meeting targets, plus familiarity with Insurance or membership-related products is beneficial.Basic proficiency in using CRM or sales management systems and standard office software.Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail sales environments is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours as needed.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or sports management is a plus.Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced setting and motivated by helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
