Sales Agent- Watersports

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell water sports activities to hotel guests and walk-in customers. The role involves working outdoors in the sun and delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. Similar roles in the UAE emphasize guest engagement, outdoor work, multilingual communication, and strong sales ability.Responsibilities:Approach hotel guests and beach visitors confidently.Sell water sports activities such as Jet Ski, Parasailing, Flyboarding, Banana Boat, Kayaking, Yacht Cruises, and Boat Tours.Explain packages, pricing, safety guidelines, and promotions.Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.Upsell premium experiences and add-ons.Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling.Maintain daily sales reports and booking records.Deliver exceptional customer service.Requirements:Previous sales, hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience preferred.Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather.Excellent English communication skills.Additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, German, or Chinese are a strong advantage.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.Basic computer, WhatsApp, and POS system knowledge.UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Salary Structure (Recommended):Salary: AED 2,500Attractive monthly commissionIncentives for achieving targets
