Sales & Account Executive – UAE

About WAJ WAJ is building the future of the SaaS industry , our platform powers salons, spas, clinics, real estate agencies, and other SMEs across the region with the tools they need to run and grow their business.About the Role We're looking for a driven Sales Agent based in the UAE to join our growing team. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls as well as on-ground visits, meeting directly with owners and decision-makers at SMEs to understand their operational challenges and show them how WAJ solves them. You'll own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to closing the subscription, onboarding the client, and managing the account throughout their subscription.Requirements Based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license and carFluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)Comfortable with computers and general software useOpen to phone-based and in-person outreachPrevious sales experience, ideally in SaaS or the beauty/wellness industryBenefitsGenerous CommissionThis is startup work: fast-moving, hands-on, and wide-ranging.
