Sales & Admission officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily walk-in and phone inquiries professionally
• Contact potential customers and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels
• Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure a smooth enrollment and customer experience.
• Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities
• Convert leads to enrollments by explaining benefits, fees, and placement support
• Maintain follow-up with interested candidates via phone and WhatsApp
• Track leads and admission data using Excel or CRM
• Support in daily admission reports .
• Background in fashion or Jewelry is a strong privilege .Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and sales communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• persuasive, and empathetic in student and parent interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Marketing or Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, admissions, or sales roles.
