We partner with leading government organizations, research institutions, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies across the Middle East and Africa.As we continue our regional expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Lead to drive strategic growth across the MEA region.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while building long-term strategic partnerships throughout the region.Your responsibilities include:* Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Diagnostics and Research Sectors.* Develop and execute regional sales strategies for sustainable business growth.* Build relationships with government entities, hospitals, universities, pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies, research institutes and EPC consultants.* Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting through project handover.* Prepare technical-commercial proposals alongside internal engineering teams.* Coordinate tender submissions, RFQs, RFPs and contract negotiations.* Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences and networking events.* Develop strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors and technology providers.* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.* Travel extensively across the Middle East and Africa.Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related discipline.* 3-5 years of business development or technical sales experience in the MEA region.* Experience in Life Sciences, Scientific Equipment, Laboratory Infrastructure, Biotechnology or Healthcare projects.* Strong commercial understanding of scientific infrastructure projects.* Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.* Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.* Self driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.* Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:* Biotechnology* Pharmaceutical Manufacturing* Laboratory Infrastructure* Biobanking* Cell & Gene Therapy* Precision Medicine* Genomics* Cleanroom Technologies* Scientific Automation* Research Facilities* GMP/GLP/ISO Laboratory ProjectsWhat We Offer* Attractive salary package* Performance based incentives* Regional travel opportunities* Career growth across an expanding international organization* Opportunity to work on landmark life sciences projects across the Middle East & Africa* Collaborative and innovation-driven work environmentApplyIf you are passionate about advancing biotechnology and life sciences infrastructure across the region, we would love to hear from you.Email: support@infinityscitech.com
