Sales & Client Delivery Consultant – Interior Design / FF&E

Room Envy, a curated multi-brand destination for European design furniture, is seeking a talented Sales & Client Delivery Consultant to join our Dubai showroom team.We're looking for someone who understands refined aesthetics and design language, while also bringing a strong commercial and operational mindset. You will be instrumental in delivering a seamless experience for our trade clients and showroom visitors, from first interaction through to final delivery.The ideal candidate will have a background in interior design, architecture, or FF&E, combined with client-facing or sales experience. You should be comfortable leading client relationships end to end, preparing accurate specifications, and supporting designers and project-based buyers with confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Trade SalesAct as the main point of contact for designers, architects, and project-based clients from first interaction through delivery.Prepare and present tailored quotations aligned with client needs and project timelines.Coordinate directly with brand partners on availability, pricing, and lead times.Support logistics coordination through to final delivery, ensuring a smooth handover.Maintain CRM records across every client interaction, quote, and order.FF&E & SpecificationReview floor plans and design layouts to prepare tailored FF&E specifications.Prepare FF&E cost estimations to support designer and project-based proposals.Recommend product combinations and configurations aligned with the design intent.Showroom SupportAct as a key point of contact for clients visiting the showroom.Guide visitors with design-informed product knowledge and space planning suggestions.Represent the Room Envy brand with professionalism in every client interaction.Requirements2-4 years of relevant experience across interior design, architecture, FF&E, or furniture sales.Professional background in interior design, architecture, or FF&E required.Strong understanding of design language, specifications, and project-based sales.Commercial mindset with the confidence to manage client relationships from enquiry through delivery.Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Direct exposure to leading European design brands.A design-forward, entrepreneurial working environment
