The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, converting leads into appointments, supporting patient engagement, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the patient journey.Key Responsibilities• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.• Convert leads into booked appointments through effective follow-up and communication.• Explain treatments, services, and promotional offers clearly and professionally.• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing patients.• Coordinate with clinical and reception teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.QualificationsStrong Arabic and English communication skills are required for this patient-facing roleMinimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, medical centers, aesthetic clinics, dental clinics, or dermatology services.Proven experience in sales, customer service, and lead conversion.Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Experience using CRM systems, appointment scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.LocationAl Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE
