WE’RE HIRING | SALES & CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVEWoodworks Keralam is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.If you have a passion for sales, enjoy speaking with customers, and know how to turn enquiries into meaningful business opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be responsible for:• Managing enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website and other channels• Understanding customer requirements for custom furniture and woodworking projects• Qualifying leads and identifying genuine opportunities• Coordinating consultations and site visits• Preparing and coordinating quotations• Following up with leads and quotations• Maintaining customer information and follow-ups through CRM• Coordinating with our Project Coordinator and production team• Taking ownership of the customer journey from first enquiry to order confirmationWhat we’re looking for:• 2+ years of experience in sales/customer relationship management• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Excellent follow-up and customer-handling abilities• Target-driven and proactive mindset• Fluency in Malayalam and English• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools• Experience in furniture, interiors, construction, home improvement or premium products will be an advantage• Someone who takes ownership and is focused on converting opportunities into customersWhat we offer:₹20,000/month + Sales CommissionPerformance-based commission on successfully converted projects. Location: KeralaWork Mode: Full-Time | HybridIndustry: Custom Furniture | Interior Woodwork | Bespoke Design📩 HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates can send their CV along with a short introduction about themselves and their sales experience to:📧 info@woodworkskeralam.comSubject: Application – Sales & Customer Relationship ExecutiveKnow someone who would be a great fit?
