WE ARE HIRING | SALES & DESIGN MANAGER📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💰 Salary: AED 18,000 – 26,000 per month📌 Position: Sales & Design Manager🏢 Industry: Pump Rental / Engineering ServicesAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales & Design Manager to lead technical sales for specialist pumping and overpumping solutions across the MENA region.The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven engineer with strong experience in project sales, pumps, overpumping, or equipment rental, who can translate technical expertise into commercially successful projects.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the MENA region.Visit clients and project sites, generate leads, prepare quotations and proposals, and close sales.Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Develop framework agreements and support commercially viable contract terms.Design safe, reliable pumping and overpumping solutions while protecting company equipment.Provide technical guidance and coaching to colleagues on system design.Promote monitoring and telemetry solutions as part of project proposals.Prepare regional sales forecasts, sales reports, and sales plans.Lead the tender response process and provide market, competitor, and pricing insights to senior management.Manage and coordinate the hire desk and project coordinator.Act as the key link between Design, Sales, and Operations teams.Support contract negotiations and provide input on commercial terms.Attend industry exhibitions and trade shows to develop new business opportunities.Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for new markets and service lines.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical, Geotechnical, or a related discipline.5+ years of relevant experience in project sales, overpumping, pumps, specialist pumping solutions, or equipment rental.Strong technical and commercial understanding of pumping solutions.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE, MENA, and wider region, including extended periods away when required.Strong commercial mindset with the ability to convert technical solutions into profitable business.
