📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🏆 Classic Dance Institute – the leading professional Russian ballet institute in the UAE, now expanding into Saudi Arabia.We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Front Desk Administrator who loves working with people, enjoys sales.What We Offer* Basic Salary: AED 4,000* Sales Commission: Average additional earnings of AED 4,000–7,000+ per month* Employment visa* Medical insurance* Annual flight ticket to your home country* Professional growth within one of the region’s fastest-growing children’s education brands* Start Date: September 2026Your Responsibilities* Convert enquiries into trial classes and memberships.* Follow up consistently with leads through calls & CRM.* Handle approximately 50–60 outbound calls per day.* Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.* Manage memberships, renewals, and payment follow-ups.* Resolve concerns professionally and turn objections into opportunities.Requirements* Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.* Excellent English communication skills.* Arabic is mandatory for our Saudi Arabia positions.* Experience using CRM systems.* Fast and accurate typing skills.* Strong communication and active listening abilities.* Positive, energetic, and friendly personality.* Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.* Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.* Ability to stay calm under pressure and confidently handle difficult customer situations.* Strong negotiation and closing skills.* Ability to use persuasive, engaging sales techniques naturally—not scripted.* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with KPIs.Who We’re Looking ForWe are searching for someone who doesn’t simply answer calls—they create trust, build relationships, and help parents make the right decision for their child’s future.
