Sales & Logistics Coordinator

One of our valued clients is looking for an experienced Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Dubai.Job Responsibilities: • Create sales/purchase contracts for trades and promptly communicate them to the respective parties.• Verify all third-party trade documents, whether electronic or physical, to ensure accuracy and error-free processing.• Coordinate with subsidiaries and brokers to ensure accurate trade-related documentation and update the master reports accordingly.• To be the point of contact for operational matters of the group for all trades, Business Units.• Prepare trade documents for presentation to banks and ensure their timely receipt.• Swiftly cater to any required amendments and adjustments for documentation.• Handle shipping processes and verify freight rates and invoices for every trade.• Presenting of Trade Documents to banks.• Ensure accurate and timely updates of all relevant data in the ERP system.• Apply for cargo insurance for all shipments.• Maintain sales/purchase order sheets for planned and shipped trades.• Accurately file and keep records of shipments, invoices, and contracts, whether electronically or physically.• Liaise with the IVC team on documentation courier.• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the ManagementSalary: AED 7,500 – 10,000 per monthIf your experience and qualifications match the below requirements, please send your updated CV to indira@sundubai.net.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further discussion.
