Learners gain exposure to industry practices, interview preparation, and job-readiness for cafés and hotels. With limited seats and a hands-on approach, the academy provides an engaging environment for individuals looking to start or advance their coffee careers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Executive role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves promoting Beans & Bar Coffee Academy’s courses, generating leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments through calls, messages, emails, and in-person consultations. The Sales & Marketing Executive will manage social media channels, support digital campaigns, and coordinate promotional activities with cafés, hotels, and educational partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of prospects and students, preparing basic sales and marketing reports, assisting with events and workshops, and ensuring a positive experience for visitors and trainees at the academy.QualificationsSales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and enrollment conversion.Marketing and digital promotion skills, such as social media management, basic content creation, and campaign support.Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage with diverse learners and partners.Organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and reporting using basic office software.Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, ideally within education, training, hospitality, or retail.Knowledge or interest in coffee, barista training, and the café/hospitality industry in the UAE is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, adapt to a fast-paced academy environment, and collaborate within a small team.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
