Sales & Marketing Executive – Automotive Detailing

Detailing Dynamics is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai.This is a hands-on sales role focused on generating leads, following up with customers and converting enquiries into bookings for our automotive protection and detailing services.What you’ll be selling

• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
• Graphene & Ceramic Coating
• Automotive Window Tinting
• Car Detailing & Polishing
• Other vehicle protection servicesKey Responsibilities
• Respond to and follow up with leads from WhatsApp, phone, Meta and Google
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right protection solution
• Prepare quotations and confidently explain our services, packages and warranties
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer follow-ups
• Develop new customer opportunities through networking, referrals and local outreach
• Support social media and digital marketing activities
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Track leads, conversions and sales performanceRequirementsMandatory: Previous sales experience in PPF, automotive detailing, car care or a related automotive business.We are looking for someone who:
• Has a strong understanding of PPF and automotive protection products
• Has proven experience in automotive sales
• Is confident communicating with premium and luxury car owners
• Has strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Is target-driven and commercially focused
• Can independently manage leads from enquiry to booking
• Has good knowledge of Meta and Google Ads / digital marketing
• Has excellent English communication skills
• UAE automotive industry experience is preferredWhat we offer
