Ltd. is expanding its Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business in Nagpur and is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business and develop customer relationships.This is a field-oriented, on-site role requiring regular customer visits, lead generation, follow-ups and conversion of enquiries into actual RMC orders.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and identify potential RMC customers.Develop business from builders, contractors, developers and infrastructure companies.Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and potential customers.Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Nagpur.Generate enquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline.Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team.Prepare and follow up on quotations.Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market developments.Coordinate with the Business Head, Plant, Quality and Dispatch teams.Maintain daily sales and lead-generation reports.Support customer follow-ups and collections when required.Key RequirementsAround 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.Candidates with experience in RMC, cement, construction materials, infrastructure or related industrieswill be preferred.Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.Comfortable with field sales and regular customer/site visits.Knowledge of the Nagpur construction market will be an advantage.Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working independently.Candidates must be currently based in Nagpur.This is an on-site/hybrid position.Compensation₹2.4–3 LPA + performance-linked incentives, depending on experience and suitability.📍 Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra🏗️ Work Mode: On-site / Field Sales💼 Employment Type: Full-timeIf you are based in Nagpur, enjoy field sales and have the ability to generate and convert new business, we would like to hear from you.
