Your work will matter, your ideas will be heard, and you will be trusted with real responsibility.What We Offer$55,000–$65,000 base salary + performance bonusFull-time, Monday–Friday schedulePaid time offDirect access to ownership and real autonomyOngoing training and professional developmentClear opportunity to grow into greater responsibility and leadership as the company expandsWhat You’ll OwnYour responsibilities will center around a few major areas:Sales Coordination — helping manage quotes, follow-up, leads, and the sales pipelineOperations & Scheduling — coordinating deliveries, pickups, routes, and field activityCustomer Experience — communicating with customers and making sure nothing falls through the cracksBusiness Development — helping identify, organize, and pursue new opportunitiesMarketing & Online Presence — assisting with reviews, listings, outreach, and local visibilityAdministrative Execution — keeping CRM activity, billing, scheduling, and internal communication organizedThis position will touch many parts of the business, and responsibilities will continue to evolve as the company grows.The Person We’re Looking ForWe care much more about who you are and how you work than where you have worked before.You do not need experience in portable sanitation, temporary fencing, construction services, or even this exact type of position.We would rather hire a highly motivated person with the right mindset and teach them the business than hire someone experienced who needs to be constantly managed.The right candidate is:Hungry and driven — you want to learn, improve, and become more valuableReliable — you show up every day, on time, with a great attitudeSelf-directed — you do not need to be constantly reminded or micromanagedOwnership-minded — when something becomes your responsibility, you see it throughOrganized and responsive — you can handle multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracksCoachable — you take feedback well, ask good questions, and learn quicklyWe want someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action.If you are the type of person who notices a problem, takes ownership of it, and works to solve it without waiting to be told, you will do very well here.ExperienceExperience in construction, equipment rental, logistics, dispatch, sales coordination, customer service, operations, or a service-based business is helpful, but it is not required.Attitude, work ethic, communication skills, organization, and willingness to learn are more important to us than a specific resume.Compensation & OpportunityBase Salary: $55,000–$65,000 depending on experience and qualificationsAdditional Compensation: Performance-based bonus opportunitiesSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
