Sales & Operations Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager for a transportation and heavy equipment rental company serving the Oil & Gas, construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, construction, and industrial sectors.Promote transport, trucking, and heavy equipment rental services to new and existing clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and major industrial clients.Develop pricing strategies and prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.Negotiate contracts and close rental agreements.Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Oversee machinery and vehicle mobilization to project sites.Coordinate transport operations, fleet utilization, and equipment deployment.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans. RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in Oil & Gas, transport, heavy equipment rental, or construction services.Strong knowledge of transport logistics and heavy equipment rental operations.Existing network within ADNOC, EPC contractors, and Oil & Gas companies is highly preferred.Experience in pricing, tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations.Experience managing machinery mobilization and customer accounts.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.UAE Driving License preferred.
