Sales & Procurement CoordinatorTransferable Iqama or new hiring Salary Range: SAR 1800-2500Location: Hofuf city, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | 2–5 years preferredGrowing trading and import business seeking a hands-on, business-oriented coordinator to manage both sales and procurement activities.Responsibilities- Develop and follow up with B2B customers.- Prepare quotations and sales offers.- Source suppliers, especially in China.- Compare and negotiate prices, MOQ, lead times, and payment terms.- Coordinate purchasing, shipping, and deliveries.- Assist with import documentation and SABER requirements.- Maintain customer/supplier records and reports.Requirements- 2–5 years in sales, procurement, trading, import/export, or spare parts.- Good English, Excel, and communication skills.- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.- Alibaba/B2B sourcing experience preferred.- Automotive/heavy equipment spare-parts experience is highly preferred.- Independent, organized, honest, and commercially minded.Performance-based incentives available.Please send your CV and a brief summary of relevant experience.
