The role combines client relationship management, business development, and production coordination to support business growth and ensure successful project delivery.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and work closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.Advertising agency experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of creative production workflows, client servicing, and project execution.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client ManagementIdentify and follow up on new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Understand client needs and translate them into clear project requirements.Prepare presentations, quotations, and proposals.Maintain regular client communication and follow up on opportunities.Support account growth and client satisfaction.Production ManagementManage projects from brief initiation to final delivery.Coordinate with creative teams, suppliers, and production partners.Prepare production requirements, timelines, and execution plans.Follow up on production progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.Monitor quality, costs, and delivery standards.Handle production challenges and ensure smooth execution.Requirements:Previous experience in advertising, creative agencies, or production environments is highly preferred.Strong client servicing and communication skills.Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.Strong organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Business-oriented mindset with attention to detail.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
