Sales and Project Engineer - Parking Solutions.Job Purpose:To supervise the installation and maintenance of parking management systems, leadtechnicians, and support ParkPoint’s business development by identifying new opportunities for parking equipment sales, car park management, and valet parking services.Key ResponsibiliitesA. Project Management· Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of parking management hardware and software.· Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time.· Ensure all systems and equipment are installed and operating correctly.B. Maintenance & Technical Support· Plan and supervise preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for parking equipment and systems.· Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize equipment downtime.· Coordinate spare parts, repairs, and technical support with suppliers.· Maintain maintenance records and equipment performance reports.C. Technician Supervision· Supervise and allocate tasks to technicians.· Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with safety procedures.· Provide technical guidance and support to the technical team.D. Sales & Business Development · Identify new opportunities for parking management equipment, car park operations, and valet parking services.· Search for potential clients and develop business relationships.· Conduct site visits to assess client requirements.· Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and bills of quantities (BOQs).· Follow up with clients on submitted proposals and potential projects.· Coordinate with suppliers to obtain equipment specifications and prices.Qualifications and Experience:· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in parking management systems, technical projects, or equipment maintenance.· Experience supervising technicians and managing installation and maintenance activities.· Knowledge of parking hardware, software, barriers, payment machines, and access control systems.· Experience in sales engineering and preparing technical and commercial proposals.· Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.. Valid Driving License and Willingness to travel to project sites
