Fully paid company housing + uncapped commission. Monthly earnings up to AED 15,000.VIP Luxury Tours - the flagship travel brand of T&A Group, headquartered in The Hague with six offices worldwide and more than 160,000 clients - is hiring a Sales & Reservations Executive for our Dubai branch.And these aren't ordinary bookings: private jets, First and Business class, five-star hotels, and bespoke programmes for executives, families and diplomatic clientele.Location: Tamani Arts Tower, Office 1165, Marasi Drive, Business Bay - DubaiType: Full-time, on-siteWHAT YOU'LL DOTurn client enquiries into tailored travel proposals - flights, hotels, curated itineraries.Own bookings end to end, from first contact through to the client's return.Build lasting client relationships and grow repeat business.Hit monthly sales targets.Coordinate with our branches in the Netherlands, London and Paris.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORFull availability and readiness to start immediately.Strong communication and persuasion skills - the core of this role.Excellent Arabic (spoken and written) plus working English.Proven experience in travel sales or reservations.Valid UAE residency.No GDS experience required - full training provided.WHAT WE OFFERMonthly earnings up to AED 15,000 (base + commission).Company housing - fully paid by the company.Commission up to 30% of the profit on every booking - uncapped.Base salary from AED 4,000, based on experience.Work visa provided - subject to UAE immigration approval.International team, ISO-certified and IATA-accredited.HOW TO APPLYApply here on LinkedIn, or through our careers portal: https://www.jop.vipluxury.org/Application deadline: Sunday, 13 September 2026.
