This role is responsible for providing technical support and field service for screw air compressors, including installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, and repair. The individual will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include visiting customer sites, resolving service queries, preparing service reports, and coordinating with the sales team to identify service opportunities and support after-sales activities. The role also involves educating customers on proper use and maintenance, maintaining documentation, and adhering to company and safety standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving screw air compressor faults.Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer visits.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing clear reports.Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to guide customers on product usage and handle service inquiries.Candidates should possess hands-on Maintenance & Repair skills for mechanical and basic electrical systems in industrial equipment.Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline is preferred.Experience with screw air compressors or similar industrial machinery is highly beneficial.Ability to read technical drawings and manuals and follow safety and quality procedures.Valid willingness to travel within the region for on-site service work.
