If you have a passion for developing people, driving sales performance, and creating engaging learning experiences, we'd love to hear from you.Key RequirementsMinimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Sales Trainer in the Banking or Financial Services industry.Proven experience in training Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, SME Banking, or Retail Banking Products.Strong knowledge of Sales Techniques, Customer Engagement, Objection Handling, Closing Skills, and Soft Skills.Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.Experience conducting classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging sales and behavioural skills training.Conduct induction and refresher programmes.Support the organization's Learning & Development framework through structured learning interventions.Assess training effectiveness and contribute to continuous capability development.Why Join Us?Be part of a growing organization where learning drives business success.
