Sales and Application Engineer

The organization values quality, innovation, and long-term partnerships with customers across diverse sectors worldwide.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Application Engineer role based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. The Sales and Application Engineer will support customers by understanding technical requirements, recommending suitable air filtration and pollution control solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and collaborating with the engineering team to tailor solutions to customer needs. The individual will manage sales activities, build and maintain customer relationships, and contribute to market development through site visits, presentations, and participation in industry events. Regular reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends is also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.Qualification Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts.Ability to work independently on-site and travel to customer locations as required.Prior experience in HVAC, air filtration, or industrial pollution control solutions is an added advantage.
