Sales and Customer Service Executive

Yousco Rent A Car is hiring a Sales and Customer Service Executive in Dubai.Salary: AED 2,500–3,500 per month, depending on relevant experience, plus commission. Commission terms will be discussed during the interview.Employment: Full-time, on-site.Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and explain rental options clearly.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Support customers before, during and after their rental.
• Coordinate bookings, vehicle availability, deliveries and returns with the operations team.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.What we are looking for
• Relevant sales or customer service experience; car-rental experience is preferred.
• Clear communication, organised follow-up and confidence using email, WhatsApp and basic computer tools.
