Sales and Leasing Manager – Real EstateWe’re looking for an experienced Sales and Leasing Manager to lead our real estate team, grow the business and achieve sales, leasing and revenue targets.You’ll recruit and manage agents, oversee the complete sales and leasing process, monitor team performance and ensure every client receives professional service—from the first inquiry through to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, lead, train and manage the sales and leasing teamSet individual and team targets and achieve cumulative revenue goalsMonitor agent performance, lead conversions and completed transactionsManage the full sales and leasing processDevelop strategies to generate leads and close more dealsBuild strong relationships with landlords, property owners and clientsMonitor market trends, property prices, rental rates and competitorsEnsure all leads are properly recorded and followed up through the CRMCoordinate property listings and marketing activitiesPrepare regular performance and revenue reports for managementEnsure all transactions comply with company procedures and Qatar regulationsWe’re looking for a confident, organized and target-driven leader with strong communication, negotiation and team-management skills. Previous experience in Qatar’s real estate market is preferred.
