Sales and Marketing Assistant

Our client, a multinational automobile manufacturer is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to be based in Dubai. REPORTING TO: Reporting to Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing Role: Understand Business Flow including order cycle, receiving orders from distributors / updating shipment and arrival of the units / stock management, and processing the entire flow in conjunction with Sales Team. Knowledge of shipping process including documentation. Create Sales Reports for Management. Maintain Sales Database on a regular basis and understand Sales Plan. Update Shipment Results & Forecast and communicate with Management and Distributors. Prepare Industry Market Database and provide market analysis to concerned teams within the organization. Liaise with distributors to align Sales & Orders in line with company requirements in achieving Monthly / Ki Targets. Consolidating Orders and sharing with Distributors and factories. Update Final Orders / Shipment / Sales & Stock Result and Forecast in relevant excel sheet and share with Management. Support Sales & Marketing Team for events i.e., Product Launch, Distributor Conferences etc.

Requirements

Experience in Sales and Marketing Division. Experienced in the areas of Data Management and Analysis. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point). Very high-level skills desired for using excel & preparing PowerPoint presentations. Fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner Ability to respect & communicate with seniors of different nationalities. Ability to work under pressure and long hours. Ambitious and healthy with intention to grow in the organization.
