About the CompanyNorthern Tanzania Beekeeping Company is a growing business based in Arusha specializing inpremium honey, beeswax products, beekeeping equipment, and beekeeping services. We arelooking for a motivated Sales Manager to help grow our customer base and expand our presenceacross Tanzania.Work Location & ScheduleThis is a full-time, in-person position based at our office in Njiro, Arusha City. The successfulcandidate must currently reside in Arusha and be available to work during standard businesshours. Regular travel within Arusha and surrounding areas will be required to meet customersand attend promotional events.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to grow company revenue.Promote and sell honey, beeswax products, beekeeping equipment, and services.Build and maintain relationships with shops, supermarkets, lodges, hotels, restaurants,and other business customers.Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets.Represent the company at local markets, trade fairs, agricultural exhibitions, andpromotional events.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales reports.Work with management to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.RequirementsCertificate / Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or relevant subject.Must currently live in Arusha.Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development.Speaks Swahili and English, plus written skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsComfortable marketing products to shops, supermarkets, lodges, hotels, and restaurants.
