This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and promoting the company’s logistics services. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to close deals. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, participating in promotional activities, and providing product and service information to customers. The representative will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client needs are accurately communicated and fulfilled, while maintaining sales records and performance reports.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.Candidates should possess Sales & Marketing skills, with an understanding of promoting logistics services and supporting marketing initiatives.Candidates should possess Training capabilities to help educate clients and team members on services, processes, and best practices.Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry is preferred.Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dammam, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
