This role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, handling sales inquiries, preparing proposals, and managing customer accounts. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, support promotional activities, and contribute to brand positioning in target markets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, maintaining regular communication with clients and prospects, coordinating with operations teams to ensure service quality, and providing training or guidance to internal staff on sales and customer service best practices. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to sales and marketing strategies.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.Proven capability in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and managing sales pipelines.Experience in Training, particularly in guiding team members on sales techniques, customer engagement, and service standards.Background in marketing activities such as campaign execution, basic digital marketing, and market research is beneficial.Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and basic data analysis for sales and marketing reporting.
