The team provides professional representation throughout purchasing contracts, helping clients navigate transactions with confidence and clarity.Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Abuja. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, present available residential and commercial properties, and manage leads from initial contact through closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing marketing materials and online listings, coordinating promotional campaigns, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to refine sales strategies, providing responsive customer service, and participating in trainings to stay up to date on market trends and JLR offerings.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and handle inquiries professionally.Proven Sales experience with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.Background in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing sales and product training.Experience or interest in Sales Management, including organizing pipelines and supporting team goals.Knowledge of real estate markets, especially within Abuja, is an advantage.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client interactions, and maintain organized records.Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for listings and communication.Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
