This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and promoting Trios’ printing and packaging solutions across target markets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating sales presentations, and following up on leads to close deals. The specialist will collaborate with production and design teams to ensure accurate project scoping, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM data, attending industry events, and providing product training and support to clients and internal teams.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and support long-term relationships.Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, manage pipelines, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.Candidates should possess Training skills to effectively present products, educate clients and team members, and support onboarding for new services.Candidates should have experience or strong interest in printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries, with the ability to learn technical product details.Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic office and CRM software, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
