We are seeking a proactive, outcomes-focused Marketing and PR Specialist to drive our brand strategy, expand digital reach, and manage core community initiatives to become part of our team and work with us collaboratively on growing our brand to pursue new opportunities in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising & Campaign ExecutionOversee CRM data hygiene, contact workflows, and segmentation.Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Reddit, and social channels.Website Management Maintain and update the website with continuous SEO optimization.Public Relations & Strategic MarketingDrive PR activities, securing feature placements and running targeted PR campaigns.Perform customer analysis and market segmentation to sharpen messaging.Align all marketing efforts around clear, outcomes-focused strategic metrics.Corporate Partnerships & Community ("Proudly Cape")Manage "Proudly Cape" community initiatives, vendor partnerships, and our Charity of the Year program.Requirements & QualificationsProven experience in a broad marketing, communications, or digital campaign role.Proficiency with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and SEO management.Experience running paid ad strategy across Google Ads and social media channels.Data-driven mindset with strong abilities in market analysis and customer segmentation.Excellent written communication skills.
