Ltd., a Kathmandu-based travel and tour company, is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team.We are seeking someone who can actively visit the market, communicate with potential clients, promote our travel services, generate leads, and help convert inquiries into confirmed business. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and working in the travel and tourism industry.About the RoleThe Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for promoting Da Java’s travel, ticketing, visa, tour, and related services to individual and corporate clients. The role includes regular market visits, client meetings, follow-ups, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective sales and marketing activities.The selected candidate will also assist in social media promotions, campaign execution, partnership development, and coordination with internal teams to provide accurate pricing, availability, and service information to clients.Key Responsibilities• Visit corporate offices, businesses, institutions, and potential clients• Promote travel, ticketing, visa, tour, and holiday package services• Generate new leads and convert inquiries into bookings• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations• Follow up with prospects and maintain a proper sales pipeline• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, availability, and service confirmation• Support social media promotions and marketing campaigns• Identify new business opportunities and partnership possibilities• Work towards sales targets and contribute to company growthQualifications and Skills• Strong communication and customer-handling skills• Confident personality with willingness to visit the market regularly• Ability to generate leads, follow up professionally, and close sales• Interest in travel, tourism, ticketing, visa, and holiday packages• Good organizational skills and attention to detail• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use online communication tools• Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage• Previous experience in sales, marketing, travel, or tourism is preferred• Freshers with strong communication skills and learning attitude are encouraged to apply• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, tourism, or related field is a plusWork Location: KathmanduJob Type: Full-Time, On-SiteJob Nature: Field Sales / Regular Market VisitsCompany: Da Java Nepal Travels & Tours Pvt.
