We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to work directly with the founder and run our day-to-day growth across Instagram, our Salla store, and our website.What you'll doRun and optimize campaigns across social media, search, and email.Develop and finish the NAQSHA website: build the remaining pages, get it live on our domain, connect it to Salla and Instagram, and keep it updated and bug-free after launch.Keep a clear log of all website and domain payments (domain, hosting, Salla plan, apps) so nothing lapses.Design on-brand visuals in Adobe Illustrator: pin mockups, posts, stories, and web assets.Track Instagram, Salla, and web analytics and send short weekly performance reports.Set up basic automation flows (email, WhatsApp, retargeting, abandoned cart).What we're looking for1–3 years in digital or growth marketing, ideally e-commerce (freelance and internships count).Web development skills: HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, or strong experience with a builder such as Webflow, WordPress, or Framer, plus domains, DNS, and hosting. Salla experience is a plus.Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.Comfortable with analytics and at least one automation/email platform.Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable working remotely on Riyadh time.Arabic and English communication skills.Details Part-time, 100% remote.
