• Generate and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline
• Engage prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, meetings, and presentations
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable production, events, and marketing solutions
• Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
• Build long-term client relationships and develop existing accounts for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with internal production, creative, and management teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively
• Support targeted marketing campaigns and business-development initiatives
• Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and performance using CRM tools and structured reporting
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets
• Contribute to sales materials, product/service knowledge, and sales enablement initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a confident, commercially minded professional who is proactive, persuasive, organized, and disciplined with follow-ups.The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Proven sales or business-development capabilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing
• Experience in marketing, events, creative production, advertising, or a related industry is an advantage
• Previous UAE sales experience is strongly preferred
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, client-focused environment
