Project Reshape combines expert knowledge with proven training techniques through both one-to-one and online coaching to create tailored client experiences.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The specialist will generate new leads, nurture client relationships, and convert inquiries into memberships and coaching packages. Day-to-day activities include promoting services across digital and offline channels, managing social media and basic marketing campaigns, and coordinating with coaches to align offers with client needs. The role also involves conducting consultations, presenting service options, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing consistent follow-up and customer support. Collaboration with the wider team to develop promotional strategies, track performance metrics, and refine messaging will be key.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support existing clients.Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and meet revenue targets.Training-related skills to understand and clearly present fitness and coaching offerings to potential clients.Experience in marketing or promotion of fitness, wellness, or service-based businesses is beneficial.Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary coaching team.Prior experience in sales or marketing, preferably in health, fitness, or hospitality sectors; relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
