The Sales and Purchase Executive will manage the full trading cycle, including sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, and processing purchase orders for Oil & Gas equipment, pipes and fittings, plumbing, and electrical items. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Executive will maintain updated records of inventory, pricing, and vendor information, and support the preparation of sales reports and forecasts. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with internal teams, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company policies and trade compliance standards.Qualifications Strong sales and client relationship skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing transactions.Experience in purchasing and vendor management, including sourcing, price comparison, and purchase order processing.Knowledge of Oil & Gas equipment, pipes and fittings, plumbing, and electrical products, or willingness to learn quickly.Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email) and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with diverse stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Previous experience in trading, industrial supplies, or a similar commercial environment in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
