We're looking for a Sales Assistant / Brand Promoter to join our team and represent The Watch Scanner at Nikki Beach Dubai — one of the city's most iconic and exclusive destinations.This is a dynamic, client-facing role suited to someone who is confident, personable, and passionate about luxury and hospitality.ResponsibilitiesEngage with beach club guests at Nikki Beach, introducing them to The Watch Scanner and its collectionPromote the brand and build brand awareness through a variety of activations and guest interactionsConvert guest interactions into qualified sales leadsSupport the sales team throughout the client journey, with a focus on new client acquisition and lead generationCommunicate with clients when needed to support the sales processHandle day-to-day administrative and organizational tasksTake on a mix of responsibilities ranging from behind-the-scenes support to direct client engagementWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in sales, hospitality, or luxury retail preferredEager to learn, proactive, and self-motivatedKnowledge of watches or watch brands is a plus, but not requiredFluent English (mandatory)Fluency in at least one additional European language (e.g. Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Russian, or similar) — mandatoryPolished, confident, and comfortable engaging with high-net-worth clienteleWhat We OfferVisa sponsorshipCompetitive salary + commission structureThe opportunity to represent a luxury brand at one of Dubai's most prestigious venuesInterested candidates can send their CV to Khaled@thewatchscanner.com.
