The company values collaboration and a commitment to operational excellence.Role DescriptionThe Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Marrakech or Agadir. This role is responsible for coordinating daily sales activities, managing orders, and ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams. The coordinator oversees inventory levels, monitors stock movements, and collaborates with operations to align supply with customer demand. Typical tasks include tracking shipments, preparing sales and supply reports, supporting customer inquiries, and helping resolve delivery or product issues. The coordinator also works closely with Finance and Logistics to ensure client accounts stay aligned with agreed payment schedules. The role also involves working closely with warehouse and logistics staff to optimize packing, dispatch schedules, and overall operational efficiency.QualificationsAt least 4 years of relevant experience is requiredCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsCandidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and support decision-makingCandidates should possess Operations Management and Inventory Management skills to coordinate stock, packing, and order fulfillmentCandidates should possess organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple orders, deadlines, and seasonal peaksRelevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or sales coordination, ideally in agribusiness or FMCG, is beneficialProficiency with spreadsheets and ERP or inventory systems is an advantageA diploma or degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferredAbility to work on-site in Marrakech or Agadir and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
