We’re looking for Customer Support Consultants who can handle real-time inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, all while rocking weekly service and sales KPIs.Impress customers with top-tier product knowledge and servicesOn-site product and skill trainingMeet weekly targets for calls, chats, revenue, and customer satisfactionTake tough issues head-on, and direct them to the best solutions possible.Work closely with manufacturers and internal teams, fostering strong partnerships across the board.Benefit from daily training to fine-tune product knowledge and streamline processes.Fortnightly Bonus Structure of up to $1,250Onsite support role, Access to our newly renovated head office, and an on-site baristaShift Patterns Available:Full TimePart Time
