This role supports the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads and existing accounts. The Sales Assistant will coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure that customer requirements for shipping, storage, and customs clearance are clearly communicated and met. Daily responsibilities include updating sales records, maintaining organized files and CRM data, preparing sales reports, and assisting with the scheduling of meetings and client visits. The role also involves proactive communication with customers to ensure a positive experience and to identify opportunities for additional services.Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships.Effective communication and sales skills to present services clearly, handle inquiries, and support the sales process.Solid organization skills to manage documentation, schedules, and sales records accurately.Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, or related services is beneficial.Proficiency in common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.Professional fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
